1. Acceptance
By accessing the website of Altamont Group (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. Who we are
Altamont Group is a private institutional organisation. The Site provides general information about the Group’s advisory, properties, and capital activities, and directs institutional consulting demand to Altamont Advisory. Contact: info@altamontgroup.ca.
3. Informational purpose
Content on the Site is for general professional information only. It does not constitute legal, financial, procurement, investment, or other regulated advice, and does not create a client relationship. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement.
4. Intellectual property
All content, branding, and materials on the Site are owned by or licensed to Altamont Group. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit Site content without prior written consent, except for fair dealing / fair use as permitted by law.
5. Enquiries and submissions
If you submit an enquiry by email (including Properties or Capital enquiries), you confirm you have the right to provide the information and that it does not violate law or third-party rights. You grant us permission to use the submission solely to respond and to assess a potential engagement.
6. No warranties
The Site and materials are provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free content, or that the Site will meet every requirement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Altamont Group is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Site or reliance on Site content. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

The Site may link to third-party sites (including Altamont Advisory). We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.
9. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Site, attempt unauthorised access, upload malicious code, scrape content at scale, or use the Site in any way that is unlawful or harmful to others.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise for users in a particular jurisdiction. Courts of British Columbia shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer or local protections.
